These can be fitted in blocks or banks and can be manually or eclectically operated and can be fitted with a wide variety of blinds and shades.

There are generally two formats of these windows, Top-hung or centre pivot. Finishes range from timber to PVCu with a variety of glassing options.

The Centre-pivot being the more widely used with the top hung often used for fire escape purposes.

Each window would be supplied with a specific flashing pack adapted for the roof covering the window would be located in. When installed correctly, this product will offer many years of trouble free service.

Flat roofing curbs are manufactured to incorporate insulated upstands, which can be incorporated within existing roof coverings or installed as part of a new roofing system.
